Their platform is so easy and straighforward to use. You can even have a live chat with with prospectus customers. Hopefully they start getting the kind of traffic that Ebay was generating two years ago.

It's been a really bumpy ride lately on Ebay. They seem to lack the right management to affront this economic crisis. While Amazon continue to grow online, Ebay has been struggling.
